Since 1997 DirectTrack has monitored and recorded hundreds of billions of impressions and hundreds of millions of clicks and actions, as well as billions of dollars in ecommerce revenues.  This is some serious software!  Not for the faint of heart (or the capital poor), DirectTrack seems to be the one setting the bar for all other affiliate marketing and management software solutions to reach for.  Packed to the hilt with every feature you’ll find in all the other competing packages and then some, if you can afford this product, this is the one to get.

DirectLink – Retain all the link popularity benefits you work so hard for with all links taking visitors directly to your own landing pages; NO redirect links whatsoever. 

Cross Publication - this patent-pending technology ties all DirectTracks clients – both merchants and affiliates and related networks –together into one vast network.  From here, merchants can target their offers to affiliates in over 45 DirectTrack-powered networks.

Advanced Ad Serving & Creative Optimization – You can target your ads by time, geographic locale, keywords, and browser, and you can identify in real-time the best and worst performing ads; all ads run on the Speedera Content Distribution Network server. 

FraudMeter – This technology tracks fraud trends and flags suspicious activity as it’s detected, reporting the IP address and a time/date stamp; additionally, users can share information with each other about the practices and behavior of affiliates on the network (kind of like eBay).

Datafeeds/SKU Based Commissions – Empower affiliates to select and download category-specific product datafeeds in CSV, TXT, or XML format that contain unlimited products uploaded by you.

Partner Communication Tools – Email your affiliates at will; create and broadcast self-replicating templates for your affiliates to use and even co-brand; automate certain templates to be delivered when a trigger is activated (ie an affiliate sells a certain product).

Detailed Reporting – Choose from almost a dozen different customizable reports that get to the heart of the numbers; distribute real-time or status-based reports to your affiliates.

Not all of these features come free with all versions of DirecTrack.  Depending on which version you buy, you may have to pay extra for certain features.

There are 3 different versions of DirectTrack you can choose from:

1.  Standard Merchant Version ($995 one-time licensing fee plus a $50 min. monthly fee) track unlimited affiliates but only from the domain licensed:

  • includes 5 Gigs, 1 million impressions and 100,000 click throughs

    • Overages are $3-$5 per Gig or $0.002-$0.003 per click or $0.01 per thousand impressions

  • includes 10 days installation/setup support via telephone and email; free email support with a 4-72 hour response time thereafter

  • must pay extra for the following upgrades:

    • Private Domain ($800 one-time)

    • Check Cutting ($2/check)

    • DirectLink ($399 plus $50/month)

    • Import Statistics ($149)

    • Full Service Setup ($395)

    • Self-Replicating Pages ($399/year)

    • GeoTargeting ($50/month)

    • Platinum Support package(see below) ($399/year)

2. DirectTrack Merchant Pro Version ($2,495 one-time licensing fee plus a $250 minimum monthly fee) – track unlimited affiliates from up to 5 websites and enjoy almost all of the above-listed features for no extra charge:

  • includes 10 Gigs, 5 million impressions, and 200,000 click throughs

    • Overages are $3-$5 per Gig or $0.002-$0.003 per click or $0.01 per thousand impressions

  • includes the Platinum Support Package – includes setup walk-thru and a dedicated customer support representative; after the first month, get up to 20 incidents (customer support contacts) allowed per year

  • must pay extra for the following “upgrades”:

    • Private Domain ($800 one-time)

3. DirectTrack Network Version ($4,995 one-time licensing fee plus $500 minimum monthly fee) – for agencies wishing to run multiple programs for multiple clients; tracks unlimited merchants and unlimited affiliates:

  • includes 50 Gigs, 25 million impressions, and 300,000 clicks

    • Overages are $2-$5 per Gig or $0.001-$0.003 per click or $0.01 per thousand impressions

  • includes FREE unlimited tech support by phone, email, and live chat

  • must pay extra for the following “upgrades”:

    • Private Domain ($1,600 one-time licensing fee)

    • Full Service Setup ($995)

    • Dedicated Server ($2,500 one-time setup fee plus $1,200/mo

Check Cutting is available with all packages for $2/check and KeywordMax costs extra no matter which package you get, but you’ve got to call them for pricing.

DirectTrack supports all types of commission offers – CPM, CPC, CPA & CoRegistration – each payable as a flat amount or a percentage of sale.  Further, you can set up additional commissions based on actions other than sales, or even by product SKUs.  Create performance groups, each with their own commission rate, or redesign each offer for each individual affiliate. 

DirectTrack offers you multi-currency support (for over 150 currencies) so clients and affiliates can view, manage, and receive commissions in their own currencies.

DirectTrack does not charge any commissions for results achieved on its network(s).  The monthly fee you agree to up front is all you’ll pay, no matter how successful you are.  DirectTrack customers benefit from a dedicated customer support department that welcomes contact via phone, email, and instant messaging.  You choose your own domain for hosting your affiliate site (and sub-domains for your affiliates) and  enjoy full branding of advertiser and affiliate interfaces.
