Segments can be based on practically any metric you can measure – past click activity, survey responses, etc. Segments can be based on one or more than one criterion. There are no limits to the number of segments you can create, and new additions to your lists that properly meet your criteria will automatically be added to the appropriate segmented groups.
Email messages you send out can also be personalized to include any of the information you’ve collected about the recipients – sign of the Zodiac, pet’s name, birthday, and of course, the recipient’s contact information.
