All signups are handled using a confirmed opt-in (double opt-in) procedure. Either let MailerMailer generate and host your signup page or cut-and-paste the signup form’s HTML code into your website.

Once a user signs up, they will be redirected to either MailerMailer’s “Thank You” page or one of your own design. Add a link, if you like, to redirect them to anywhere you want on your site (or elsewhere).

Use your signup page to gather valuable data on each subscriber, comprised of your choice of MailerMailer’s predefined selections and custom fields of your own. Target your messages based on the criteria collected.

Include any or all of MailerMailer’s personalization tags in your messages to mail merge subscriber data (ie. name, company name, email address) directly into each email’s Subject line or body automatically.

Sign up pages and outgoing messages alike include subscribe/unsubscribe information and information on how list members can change subscriber preference. Automate this whole tedious part of the process. Empower your list members to manage their own subscriptions. All lists are automatically updated each time a new subscribe or unsubscribe request is received.

Import existing email lists (except for third party, purchased, or rented lists). And export your lists to Microsoft Excel or elsewhere on your computer at any time.

Design newsletters, promotional campaigns, etc. using a variety of fill-in-the-blanks templates and have your messages automatically formatted into both plain text and HTML alike. MailerMailer will automatically detect which format each user can read or you can have subscribers determine which format they’d prefer.

An auto header/footer option enables you to include messages headers and/or footers into your messages. Just compose it once and have it automatically added each time you send a message.

For your subscribers’ security and peace of mind, all MailerMailer messages include Privacy Policy text or a hyperlink to a Privacy Policy page.

Send preview emails to yourself before you ever distribute them to a single recipient and save yourself from embarrassing and costly mistakes.

Schedule your emails up to two weeks in advance to go out exactly the day and time you want. MailerMailer will make sure your lists don’t contain any duplicates, so no individual will receive multiple copies of the same mailing. Summary Reports follow each mailing, allow to keep close tabs on what didn’t and didn’t get sent and what did and didn’t get received.

MailerMailer automatically handles all bounced messages, resending undelivered messages several times per hour for five full days before declaring a message undeliverable and an email address invalid. If future emails to invalid address suffer the same results, that email address is then – and only then – deleted from your list. Meanwhile, MailerMailer tracks and reports on all this activity for you, as it’s happening.

MailerMailer also tracks clicks, including who clicked on which links and when, and generates clear and efficient reports on the results. Additionally, MailerMailer keeps a record of every subscriber’s history with you and your list.

The free version of MailerMailer allows for:
