Each server is equipped with dual redundant hot swap 450-watt power and the entire NOC is complete with Liebert uninterruptible power.

Apollo Watch is a comprehensive security, maintenance, and upgrade service that monitors your system around the clock. Apollo Watch is comprised of three main programs. All run independently, but work seamlessly together, including:

Port Monitor: Your server "talks" to the outside world via ports. Port Monitor automatically takes proactive steps to stabilize your server and reset the ports. The algorithm is so smart that is knows when it is in over its head and when to send the diagnosis to a support person to intervene.

Server Stabilizer: This application will monitor all processes running on your server and react accordingly, so as to keep your server running efficiently and securely.

Server Updates: Senior staff compiles patches and enhancements to open source software. After the software are fully tested and qualified, new software releases and patches are installed on your server.
Security and Updates
You can get Apollo Watch Monitoring, a complete security, maintenance, and upgrade service with Port Monitoring, Server Stabilizing, Server Updates, and telephone support for an extra $29.95 per month.
Firewall
Iptables (a software firewall) is enabled out of the box. Hardware firewalls are available via special request.
Backup Services
Managed Onsite Backups, with weekly incremental backups, monthly full backups, all stored onsite and cycled every 2 months are available for an extra $59.95 per month.
