Each of ViUX's 4 data centers (1 each in Iowa and Illinois, and 2 in North Carolina) use Dell PowerEdge Servers to provide multi-honed internet access with 4 levels of redundancy connecting your traffic through diverse streams to several internet service providers.
Power Management
Each server cabinet is provided with redundant uninterrupted power with every 20-amp circuit protected by its own UPS unit which are in turn supported by diesel backup generators standing by, kept constantly fueled by multiple local diesel suppliers. Further all systems are monitored 24/7/365.

Prices on ViUX VPS's start at $44.95, or $84.95 with ColdFusion MX7. Service comes with 50-250 aliases, and unlimited subdomains, as well as unlimited user accounts, access to log files, a complete set of OS control and scripting features, and 768 MB-1.5 GB RAM. Your ViUX VPS service also comes with total email power and versatility including unlimited email accounts, redirects, groups, auto-responders, and mailing lists as well as total database power and versatility including unlimited MySQL, MS-SQL, and MS-Access Databases.
Security and Updates
Security and encryption features for all ViUX VPS customers include password protected directories, a intrusion prevention service (IPS) that includes both a packet inspection engine and a database updated daily, the AVG Internet Security Network Edition Antivirus, as well as a useful HotLink blocker.
Firewall
With ViUX your data is further protected by VLANs and hardware and software firewalls.
Backup Services
By use of Virtuozzo technology, each VPS customer can count on file and application isolation, performance isolation, fault isolation, and resource guarantees that include CPU, bandwidth, disk space, memory, and Disk I/O.

I want to thank your support personnel for going above and beyond in the service they provided.
My previous hosting company would not fix problems or respond to messages, I could not access my SQL db. Your support person(s) were able to log in with the info I provided and retrieve the data I needed - much of this work was in the middle of the night.
My site isn't an easy one to work with as it is a huge Storefront e-commerce site using a (corrupted) SQL DB. I did not know what to expect in terms of support. I was hoping that things would go well since I already had high expectations from using your LIVE CHAT in the middle of the night to get answers to my questions before I moved my sites over (I have 8 companies that I rep). Your support team didn't let me down, in fact they surpassed what I was expecting.
