The Keyword Bible Review

Another mediocre sale site makes us skeptical from the start about this keyword selection and analysis product. But never ones to judge a book by its cover, we examined The Keyword Bible further to find out what it may offer to your bottom line.

Put together by one Scot Standke, founder of KeywordAvalanche.com, The Keyword Bible is a fully searchable and expandable database of (currently) over 200,000 words (201,306 at the time of this writing) for over 95,000 markets.

Additional Information:

Interestingly enough – if it’s true – Standke’s keyword marketing tutorial and tool Keyword Avalanche is – as of the time of this writing – SOLD OUT (after reaching the advertised 500 person max.). However, Standke describes that product as geared towards the beginner and up and coming intermediate internet niche marketers, while the product reviewed herein, The Keyword Bible, is designed with the serious niche marketer or professional in mind.

Features of The Keyword Bible include the ability to remove unwanted words and to copy-and-paste selections at will. The software automatically removes duplicates from your selected lists to further save you time and money. You can then automatically save your list as a text file, transfer it directly to your portal builder software or your Yahoo! Overture or Google AdWords (or other PPC search engine product) campaign.

Probably its greatest feature is the ability to customize and add words to your keyword list, thus turning The Keyword Bible into, at the very least, a personal keyword organization system.

Export keywords using [brackets] and “quotation marks” and plain text.

According to Standke, the benefit of The Keyword Bible – and where it differs from most of the competition – is that he doesn’t deliver you enormous lists of every keyword under the sun, but only those he’s deemed “profitable” based on his own exhaustive analysis.

Consequently, this product does NOT include analysis tools like ROI (return on investment) calculators, traffic analyzers, ratios, counts, etc. The downside here is you can’t perform your own customized analysis, choosing your own parameters, etc. The reported bonus is that all Scot’s work has just saved you a bunch of time.

Standke insists that his product – for a one-time fee – will give you immediate access to as current a collection of research on the top most profitable keywords online as one of those monthly subscription services – ie. Wordtracker (also reviewed on this site – that draws on the most current and immediate data to give you timely and relevant results. We’re not sure we agree.

How long the data in The Keyword Bible remains current depends on the ever-changing market. Today’s figures may mean nothing a month from now. In fact, data that’s too old may be detrimental to a small-budgeted internet ad campaign. How much savings will you really be getting with this static type of research tool when you’ll be missing out on the results that internet marketers employing dynamic research tools are achieving?

With purchase of The Keyword Bible you are also gifted these bonus items:

  • Google AdWords Keyword Pricing Report the top-paying 41,748 words

  • Google AdWords Disallowed Keyword Report384 prohibited words

  • The Ultimate Keyword Harvester ScriptNet thousands of additional keywords from one search to import into your personal database and The Keyword Bible handles dupes and alphabetization. It even randomizes.

  • Unlimited updates for 5 years.

The Pro version of The Keyword Bible costs $359 and comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. A Lite version is also available – with about 33,000 words instead of 200,000 – for $247. However, deciding to upgrade to the Pro version after purchasing the Lite version will cost you an extra $252. So choose wisely.

A claim on their website (read: their 1-page internet advertisement) says that after the 1,000th order, this product (at least under the “Special Offer”  that’s currently offered) and the bonus pack will no longer be available. Whether this claim of “limited supplies” is true or not, don’t let prompts like these trick you into rushing headlong into a purchase that may or may not serve your needs.

This is not to say that The Keyword Bible isn’t the perfect tool at the perfect price for what you’re doing. But if your budget can afford it, there are doubtlessly better tools out there. Peruse our website and you’ll surely find them.
