A number of customizable features give you a great deal of control over the look and feel of your directory page and admin page alike. You can determine how many links will appear on each page and whether they will appear in an order or at random (often a nice way to give all your link partners equal visibility). You can ban specific keywords from being associated with links to or from your site.

There’s even functionality for including Sponsored Listings on your pages. Partners can elect to pay a fee (shared between AutoLinksPro and you) for receiving optimal placement on your site. AutoLinksPro will handle everything from approving of and adding the link to billing and notification of impending expiration.

AutoLinksPro’s own link exchange directory has about 20 categories containing about 1,000 member/client/partner sites (in addition to a few sponsored listings of their own).

AutoLinksPro includes automatic, customizable email notifications with every step of the link exchanging process. You’ll be notified when:

• a new request comes in

• you receive or submit an approval or rejection of a link exchange request

• you send out an email asking a webmaster that’s removed a link of yours to put it back

• and more

And when you manually add a site’s link to your directory, AutoLinksPro automatically sends out a request to that webmaster that he or she do the same for you.

You can also import existing link pages into your new database.

AutoLinksPro has its own spider for checking link reciprocity and will email exchange partners to ask for your link’s location on their site anytime it moves. Further, Auto Links Pro is search engine spider-friendly, optimizing your visibility.

And perhaps most noteworthy – AutoLinksPro will track the traffic coming to and from your reciprocal links.

AutoLinksPro runs on any system using Unix/Linux or Windows. It is written in PHP and HTML and uses a MySQL database. You can run your directory in MySQL, HTML, or mod_rewrite as you see fit. You can choose to manually run your link exchange or automate the daily tasks involved.

One particularly useful feature is that your link exchange partners can login themselves and change a listing, add a listing, or fix any errors they find, without you ever having to lift a finger.
