AdBrite’s start page contains an assortment of linked tables and lists (kind of like Yahoo!) facilitating an easy start to your search for online ad space. From AdBrite’s Top 100 publishers, to category listings (with the # of sites in each category alongside each category in parentheses), the day’s best sellers, those with the cheapest average cost per click, and that week’s affiliate leaders.

And these are just launching pads for AdBrite’s real powerhorse – it’s database of publishers vying for your ads.

All in one place, users can browse AdBrite’s network of websites to find those with the most compatible visitor base and then compare important statistics such as cost and the estimated number of clicks that you could expect.

Once you choose a site to advertise on, you simply add it to your AdBrite shopping cart, write and submit your ad, and remit payment. Keep in mind that ads do have to be approved by the site’s webmaster before being published.

AdBrite provides a completely searchable database of websites in over 36 industries competing for your advertising dollar. Compare by:

  • cost per click

  • conversion score

  • hits per day

  • unique visitors per day

  • repurchase rate

  • price per day

  • Alexa ranking

  • ad type

  • availability

  • countries

  • and more.

Thumbnail descriptions of sites fitting your criteria are neatly displayed in a sort-able table, listing:

Click on the name of any listed site and be redirected to a detailed AdBrite informational page showing:

  • complete pricing structure

But wait!  Don’t have the time or inclination to rummage yourself for the right sites to advertise on?  No worries. AdBrite will do it for you, through a service they call Network Text Ads.

Based on keywords that you specify, AdBrite will find the highest performing targeted sites to show your ad on, and handle the complete bidding, submission, payment, and management for you. You set a maximum cost per click and a daily budget to keep ultimate reins on your budget, and AdBrite will make sure you pay the lowest amount necessary to get you the desired placement.

If you wish, you can even define your target audience further by demographic variables (gender, age, ethnicity, income, and/or country or countries of origin).

A new service from AdBrite lets you choose to bid on Intermission Ads, where instead of an advertisement, the publisher instead displays the actual landing page of a URL (presumably from your site) that you designate. You appear to visitors as a sponsor of the publishing site. You pay only when a visitor clicks to your site.

As with most other automated bidders, AdBrite will only bid up to a maximum price per click, keeping your costs as low as possible while still giving you the maximum exposure possible.

 

Publishers:

Set your own rates and maintain complete control over which ads you accept for publication and which you refuse. AdBrite only takes a 25% cut of any ad revenue landed through their services.

All you do is add a teensy piece of HTML to your website and AdBrite will handle sales, serving, scheduling, billing, and customer service.

In addition to attracting advertisers using AdBrite’s detailed directory, convenient AdBrite “Your Ad Here” links enable you to instantly sell specific “plots” on your site to existing visitors of your site. With this service alone AdBrite has a huge leg up on many of its competitors who only sell ads to visitors of their (ad network portal) site.

And speaking of competitors, AdBrite lets you turn on or off its “Run-Of-Network” feature depending on whether you’re using AdBrite alone or in conjunction with other networks.
